Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work part-time including some weekends
- Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms quickly
- Interest in wine food travel or hospitality
- Outgoing friendly and engaging personality
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with a positive team-oriented attitude
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Act as an on-property ambassador for Tastefuli engaging Marriott guests in a warm approachable and professional manner
- Assist guests with planning wine country itineraries in person and through the Tastefuli app including winery visits dining transportation and local activities
- Guide guests through downloading and using the Tastefuli app to discover and book experiences
- Build rapport with guests during key interaction windows on the floor reaching out to guests including afternoon and early evening hours
- Proactively introduce guests to Tastefuli and communicate its value in a clear engaging way
- Encourage app downloads and support guests through the booking process
- Manage guest inquiries across multiple channels including live chat phone and email
