The Concierge Experience Associate role at Tastefuli is a part-time, guest-facing opportunity crafted for individuals passionate about hospitality, technology, and wine country culture. This position plays a crucial role in representing Tastefuli on property at a premier Marriott hotel, serving as the brand ambassador to guests and effectively bridging the gap between technology and personalized concierge services. Working primarily Wednesday through Friday with opportunities for weekend shifts, this role offers competitive compensation ranging between $25 and $35 per hour, including performance-based bonuses tied to app downloads and bookings.

In this role, the Concierge Experience Associate is responsible for engaging guests with warmth and professionalism, helping them discover and book curated experiences via the Tastefuli app. The position requires proactively building rapport with visitors, offering expert recommendations on winery tours, dining options, transportation, and other regional activities. The associate will guide guests through downloading the app, mastering its features, and ultimately facilitating bookings. A key aspect of the role involves driving app adoption during peak interaction windows such as the afternoon hours and the popular wine hour from 5 to 6 pm.

Beyond guest engagement, the Concierge Experience Associate collaborates with the broader concierge team to manage customer support across multiple channels including live chat, phone, and email. This includes providing timely assistance, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to confirmed reservation. Furthermore, the associate handles essential data entry tasks related to partner and experience information, contributing to accurate reporting and performance tracking that support strategic business growth.
