The Concierge Experience Associate position at Tastefuli represents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, technology, and wine country culture. This guest-facing role is based at a premier Marriott hotel in Napa Valley, one of the most coveted destinations for wine lovers and travelers seeking curated experiences. The associate acts as an on-site ambassador for the Tastefuli brand, providing personalized recommendations, assisting guests with itinerary planning, and guiding them through the Tastefuli app's discovery and booking process. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a friendly and engaging personality, and a genuine interest in connecting people with local experiences. The associate will engage with guests during high-traffic times, offering support in person and through multiple communication channels such as live chat, phone, and email.

Beyond guest interaction, the role involves administrative responsibilities such as maintaining accurate records of bookings and partner information, supporting marketing and outreach efforts to local wineries and partners, and contributing to data collection for performance tracking. Working closely with a passionate and collaborative team, the associate will use their skills to drive app adoption and booking conversions, contributing directly to Tastefuli's growth and success. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25-35, including a performance-based bonus tied to app downloads and bookings, with an anticipated schedule of approximately 30 hours per week, mainly Wednesday through Friday afternoons and occasional weekend shifts.
