The Concierge role at Crown Pointe is a vital evening shift position running from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and providing exceptional customer service. The Concierge acts as a friendly and professional first point of contact for residents, visitors, and callers, offering essential information, guidance, and support. The position requires multitasking skills such as answering telephones, directing callers, greeting visitors, receiving and sorting mail, and coordinating express mail services like FedEx and UPS. Beyond administrative tasks, the Concierge helps resolve customer questions and concerns, contributing to a seamless and welcoming community environment. The job offers flexibility with scheduling options and incorporates cutting-edge technologies such as SafelyYou AI video fall detection, advanced electronic health record systems, and Microsoft Power BI for data management. Job Requirements
- Ability to work the evening shift from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
