Job Requirements
- Ability to work the evening shift from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with office equipment and technology
- Dependable and responsible with a customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to engage with senior residents and visitors
- Previous experience in customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Answering telephone and directing callers to appropriate individuals
- Providing information about community address, directions, fax numbers, company website, and related inquiries
- Greeting and directing visitors to the community
- Receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail
- Coordinating pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
- Resolving customer questions and concerns
