Job Description
Crown Pointe, a Sonida Senior Living community, is a leading retirement community located in Omaha, NE, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to senior residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. Renowned for its compassionate approach and commitment to quality, Crown Pointe stands out as a premier destination for seniors seeking a vibrant and secure lifestyle during their golden years. The community embraces modern technology and innovative practices to enrich the lives of its residents and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its team members. With a thoughtful range of services and amenities, Crown Pointe prioritizes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of each resident, creating an environment where seniors can truly thrive and find joy.
The role offered is a Concierge position with overnight responsibilities, working the evening shift from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and welcoming communication and support for residents, visitors, and staff alike. As an integral part of the Crown Pointe team, the Concierge will be responsible for answering telephone inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate individuals, greeting and directing visitors, sorting and forwarding mail, managing express mail pickups and deliveries, and addressing customer questions and concerns promptly and with professionalism. Crown Pointe is committed to fostering a supportive work environment, offering flexible scheduling options and cutting-edge technological tools to enable staff to provide better care while reducing administrative burdens.
Employees at Crown Pointe benefit from advanced resources such as SafelyYou, an AI video technology designed to detect and prevent falls, and sophisticated electronic health record (EHR) systems that automate care assessments, thereby reducing busy work and allowing caregivers to focus more on personalized care. Additional technology tools including Sage, which improves call light response times, and Microsoft Power BI for comprehensive data management, position Crown Pointe as a forward-thinking community in senior care. Beyond technology, Crown Pointe supports ongoing education and professional growth by providing paid referral programs, paid training, and encouragement of learning opportunities.
This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package that features competitive wages or salary, medical, dental, vision, and life/disability insurance, a 401k retirement savings plan with a company match contingent on annual company performance, and an Employee Assistance Program. Employees also enjoy access to Dependent Care and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), paid time off starting from day one, and the support of a dedicated team culture valuing dependability and responsibility. The benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status and location, reflecting Crown Pointe’s drive to offer equitable and meaningful advantages to its workforce.
Overall, joining the team at Crown Pointe means becoming part of a compassionate community dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and supporting the professionals who serve them with state-of-the-art tools, flexible schedules, and robust benefits in a respectful and inclusive workplace.
