The concierge position at Caretta Senior Living is a vital role responsible for being the welcoming face of the community in the evenings. Specifically designed as a part-time evening shift from Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, this position offers $16 per hour. In this role, the concierge serves as the central communication hub during both daily operations and emergencies, ensuring residents, staff, and visitors receive courteous and efficient reception services. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are patient, compassionate, and dedicated to service excellence.

The concierge plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere within the community. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting all who enter the community, managing phone communications, and handling sensitive information confidentially. The concierge also monitors the lobby and reception areas to support resident safety and maintain awareness of various ongoing activities. Proficiency with administrative tasks and adherence to community policies are essential aspects of the role.

An important part of the position includes responding effectively to emergencies such as fire, severe weather, power outages, resident elopement, and emergency 911 calls, following established community procedures. The concierge must be knowledgeable about community services to assist with inquiries and ensure timely staff response to resident and visitor needs. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year receptionist experience

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience with multiline phone system preferred

  • basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Job Duties
