Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- proven customer service experience
- proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- adherence to safety and operational protocols
- willingness to participate in required training and team activities
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- proven customer service experience and skills
- proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- ability to handle multiple priorities
Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors warmly
- manage incoming telephone calls and resident calls promptly
- assist with recruitment by welcoming candidates and entering information into the Applicant Tracking System
- maintain cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere in the Bistro and front desk area
- support the Director of Sales by taking initial inquiry calls and managing resident move-in administrative duties
- organize and distribute mail, meal tickets, and community communications
- adhere to community safety protocols and assist with risk management procedures
- respond to emergencies as required
- maintain resident and team member rosters and schedules for emergency preparedness
- participate actively in team meetings and training
- perform other assigned administrative duties
