Concierge - Driver, Hope Lodge (Mon - Fri / 3:00pm - 11:00pm)

The role of Concierge-Driver at Hope Lodge is a critical position within the American Cancer Society that blends guest service excellence with safe, efficient transportation. As a Concierge-Driver, you are the primary transportation provider who ensures guests reach their medical appointments and community resources safely and comfortably. The role also involves front desk and concierge duties, such as greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about the lodge's amenities and local services.

This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with an hourly wage of $20.48. It includes full benefits and additional shift differential pay for evening hours and Sundays worked. The Concierge-Driver is responsible not only for transporting guests but also for maintaining vehicle readiness, including daily inspections and cleanliness. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are paramount to ensure all transportation runs on schedule, with record-keeping duties involving mileage logs and trip data.
