We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge Coordinator to join our in-person team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $16.25, recognizing the importance of this role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. The Concierge Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for concierge service inquiries, responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing communications. This includes assisting members with enrollment, educating members and employers about the concierge process, and rigorously tracking concierge claims to ensure timely resolution. The role requires effective collaboration with concierge vendors and consistent monitoring of service requests and notifications.
In addition to strong communication skills, the Concierge Coordinator must demonstrate attention to detail, data analysis capability, and a problem-solving mindset. The successful candidate will handle inquiries via telephone and email promptly, ensuring all member questions are addressed within established time frames. They will also engage in proactive outreach to members to promote active concierge services and provide necessary education. This position requires adherence to structured work schedules to maintain optimal service capacity. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in data entry and detail-oriented tasks
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work full-time, in person, from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling customer inquiries
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data entry tasks with attention to detail
- Ability to calculate and analyze data
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions promptly
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Comfortable with outbound calling as part of customer engagement efforts

Job Duties
- Manage incoming questions regarding the concierge process
- Monitor the concierge vendor and ensure concierge claims are pulled effectively
- Track daily downloads to ensure all notifications are completed as needed
- Make outreach calls to members to ensure concierge services are active and provide education as needed
- Manage follow up and resolution to concierge issues and document for the manager
- Monitor email and respond to all questions and inquiries within established time frames
- Adhere to work schedules including lunches and breaks to achieve maximum service capacity
