Job Description

Renewal by Andersen is the nation's largest start-to-finish window replacement company, known for delivering exceptional quality and customer service in the home improvement industry. With a commitment to transforming homes with premium windows and doors, Renewal by Andersen combines innovation, craftsmanship, and white-glove service to create a seamless customer experience from consultation through installation. Located in Renton, WA, this company offers a dynamic hybrid work environment where employees split their time between the office and in the field, allowing for both teamwork and direct customer interaction.

The Concierge Coordinator (Customer Experience Specialist) role at Renewal by Andersen is a unique and vital position that plays a pivotal role in ensuring the customer's window and door transformation journey is smooth, efficient, and world-class. This role demands a dynamic individual with unparalleled organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional concierge-level service. Acting as the first point of accountability, the Concierge Coordinator serves as the welcoming voice guiding homeowners through each step of their project. Splitting time between the Renton office and customer homes in the local area, this hybrid position requires a blend of back-office project management expertise and face-to-face customer engagement.

In this role, you will orchestrate the entire project lifecycle from initiation to scheduled installation. You will build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized on-site guidance, ensuring a premium experience at their doorstep. The position demands an individual who excels at multitasking, problem-solving, and communication. You will be responsible for driving projects forward by monitoring back orders, troubleshooting roadblocks, and collaborating with various departments to maintain project momentum. Your thorough documentation and attention to detail will guarantee that every aspect of the project is tracked and managed meticulously.

The ideal candidate is not only a process-driven project manager but also a strategic thinker who seeks opportunities to improve workflows and enhance customer satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, managing updates via specialized software tools. Your ability to de-escalate situations and perform service recovery will ensure customer concerns are handled gracefully, fostering trust and positive experiences.

Renewal by Andersen values employees who are proactive and adaptable, thriving in a high-volume operations environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to fulfill local travel to customer homes. Additionally, previous experience in concierge coordination, project coordination, high-volume hospitality, or customer service is highly regarded, especially backgrounds that include guest relations, front-of-house operations, or construction.
