Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a concierge coordinator, project coordinator, or in customer service
- strong project management skills with knowledge of PM methodologies and tools
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to de-escalate and manage customer service recovery
- strategic thinker with process improvement skills
- strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Serve as the welcoming voice providing concierge-level service
- act as the first point of accountability and update customers on project progress
- travel locally to customer homes to provide on-site guidance and build relationships
- take ownership of assigned projects and complete back-office tasks for rapid turnaround
- monitor back orders and troubleshoot hurdles before escalation
- communicate updates internally using rForce and Status Buckets
- maintain detailed notes and accurate database information
