Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a concierge coordinator, project coordinator, or in customer service
  • strong project management skills with knowledge of PM methodologies and tools
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to de-escalate and manage customer service recovery
  • strategic thinker with process improvement skills
  • strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Serve as the welcoming voice providing concierge-level service
  • act as the first point of accountability and update customers on project progress
  • travel locally to customer homes to provide on-site guidance and build relationships
  • take ownership of assigned projects and complete back-office tasks for rapid turnaround
  • monitor back orders and troubleshoot hurdles before escalation
  • communicate updates internally using rForce and Status Buckets
  • maintain detailed notes and accurate database information
