Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or patient liaison role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
