The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne Miami is currently seeking a dedicated Club Lounge Attendant to join their full-time non-management team. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of the club lounge by ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, superior service, and the upkeep of cleanliness and safety. The position demands vigilance in monitoring seating availability, overseeing the service area, and proactively responding to the guests' needs to deliver personalized, attentive care. Responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of beverages — hot, cold, and alcoholic — as well as managing inventory by stocking ice, glassware, and necessary supplies. The attendant is also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, completing opening and closing duties, and securing alcoholic beverages and other supplies.

In addition to behind-the-scenes tasks such as replenishment communication and documentation in departmental logbooks, the Club Lounge Attendant must maintain safety protocols and report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management promptly. A key part of the role involves welcoming guests warmly, anticipating their needs, and providing assistance with genuine hospitality that embodies the Ritz-Carlton ethos. Job Duties

  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests
  • maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
  • prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages
  • stock ice, glassware, and supplies
  • anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly
  • wash dishes and serving utensils as needed
  • complete opening and closing duties
  • requisition all necessary supplies and transport from storeroom to bar set-up area
  • secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
  • document pertinent information in department logbook
  • forecast meal requirements and communicate special requests to kitchen
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
  • follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
