This role is tailored for individuals passionate about guest services and hospitality, where the key responsibility revolves around managing the club lounge’s operations to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for guests. The Lounge Attendant will monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and overall wellbeing, reflecting the brand’s high standards of the "Gold Standards" which underpin The Ritz-Carlton’s service philosophy. Duties include maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the lounge bar, tables, and all tools used in service, preparing and serving a variety of hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages, and ensuring proper stocking and replenishment of supplies including ice and glassware. Additionally, the role involves practical tasks such as washing dishes and utensils, securing liquor and other alcoholic beverages, and managing inventory control by requisitioning needed supplies.

Beyond the operational side, the role demands an acute focus on guest interaction driven by empathy, attentiveness, and professionalism. The Lounge Attendant must welcome guests warmly, anticipate and fulfill service needs proactively, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation to all guests, fostering long-lasting positive impressions.
