Job Duties
- Control seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being in the club lounge
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar, bar furniture, tables, and tools
- prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
- stock ice, glassware, and supplies
- anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils as needed
- complete opening and closing tasks
- procure supplies from storage to bar
- secure liquors, beers, wines, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
- document departmental records
- communicate extra food needs and special requests to kitchen
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- comply with company policies and procedures
- maintain clean and professional appearance
- ensure confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company property
- welcome and recognize guests per standards
- assist disabled persons and thank guests sincerely
- communicate clearly and professionally
- prepare, review, and handle documents and telephone calls appropriately
- cultivate positive working relationships and support team goals
- adhere to quality assurance standards
- move and lift objects up to 25 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
