The role of Concierge at Northwood Ravin’s Carraway Village community is central to maintaining the exceptional living environment that residents expect. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality customer service retail or luxury service settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with discretion
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills for managing communications and resident requests
