The role of the Concierge at our hotel is pivotal in providing guests with a memorable stay by offering expert advice, personalized recommendations, and exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to create incredible memories by helping guests navigate the local area, including up-to-date insights on Instagrammable spots, events happening both immediately and long-term, and overall guidance on amenities and services available within the hotel. This requires building strong local contacts to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of attractions and events.

Additionally, you will ensure that the Concierge lounge remains inviting and clean, offering visitors a welcoming environment at all times. Providing food and beverage services, including mixing drinks and ensuring the quality and proper presentation of all offerings, will be part of your duties, aligning with responsible alcohol service laws. This role demands a candidate with a high work ethic, self-initiative, and outstanding customer service skills, capable of working independently as well as part of a team dedicated to creating enriching experiences for our guests.
