As a Breakfast Attendant at Concord Hospitality, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for the day by creating a warm, welcoming, and satisfying dining experience for our guests each morning. Your responsibilities will encompass preparing, setting up, and maintaining the breakfast area to ensure it is clean, organized, and fully stocked. You will prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods, ensuring freshness and quality. Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen equipment is essential, as is monitoring food quality and replenishing supplies promptly. Your role also includes greeting guests warmly, answering questions related to breakfast offerings, and assisting with inventory management by notifying the management team of low-stock items. At the end of each breakfast service, you will break down and clean the area thoroughly, readying the space for the next meal period.

  • Ability to work early morning shifts
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual

  • Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed
  • Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings
  • Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling
  • Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items
  • Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
