As a Breakfast Attendant at Concord Hospitality, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests each morning. This position is essential to ensuring that our breakfast service is warm, welcoming, and satisfying, helping to set the tone for the rest of the guests' day. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the breakfast area, stocking food and beverages, and offering friendly, attentive service. Your duties will involve setting up breakfast stations with all the necessary supplies, preparing simple hot and cold items such as coffee, toast, and oatmeal, and consistently monitoring food quality and presentation.
Attention to cleanliness and organization is a key part of this role. You will ensure that the dining area remains clean, inviting, and safe by cleaning and sanitizing tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment regularly. It is also crucial to adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines related to food preparation and handling to protect both guests and staff.
Guest interaction is another important aspect of the position. Greeting guests warmly and answering any questions they may have about the breakfast offerings will help create a pleasant atmosphere and enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management by notifying management of low-stock items, ensuring uninterrupted service throughout the breakfast period.
At the end of service, you will be tasked with breaking down and thoroughly cleaning the breakfast area, maintaining the high standards of the establishment. The role demands flexibility and willingness to perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the smooth operation of the hotel’s food service.
