As a Breakfast Attendant at Concord Hospitality, you will play an essential role in shaping the first impression guests have of their day by creating a warm, welcoming, and satisfying dining experience every morning. This role involves preparing, setting up, and maintaining the breakfast area with attention to cleanliness, food safety, and friendly guest interactions. You will be responsible for ensuring the breakfast environment is inviting and well-stocked with a variety of food and beverage options, while adhering to health and safety regulations. Your contributions will help establish a positive atmosphere that enhances overall guest satisfaction, setting the tone for their stay.

The Breakfast Attendant position requires excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to maintaining the dining area. You will prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods, and ensure all guest needs are met promptly and courteously. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order will also be key duties, as you clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment before, during, and after service. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and alerting management to replenishment needs. Flexibility and willingness to perform other duties as assigned by management will support the dynamic operations of the breakfast service and contribute to the overall success of the hospitality team.

  • monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed
  • greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings
  • clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment
  • follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling
  • assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items
  • break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
