Job Description
Concord Hospitality is a reputable and rapidly growing hotel company known for its commitment to providing high-quality accommodations and exceptional guest experiences across North America. With a robust portfolio of properties, Concord Hospitality focuses on creating value through a strong culture built on five foundational cornerstones: Quality, Integrity, Community, Profitability, and Fun. This dedication is evident in the company’s focus on continuous training and development for all associates, ranging from interns to senior executives. Concord Hospitality proudly embraces an "Associate First" culture, which nurtures personal and professional growth while promoting work-life balance and diversity. As an equal opportunity employer, Concord is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that is truly a great place to work for all individuals.
The role of Breakfast Attendant at Concord Hospitality offers a vital opportunity to contribute directly to the guest experience during one of the most important meals of the day. As a Breakfast Attendant, you are responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and satisfying dining atmosphere for guests each morning. This role involves setting up, stocking, and maintaining the breakfast area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and inviting. You will prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods, always prioritizing food safety and quality. Providing excellent customer service by warmly greeting guests and addressing any questions they may have is also a key part of the position.
In addition to food preparation and guest engagement, the Breakfast Attendant ensures that the dining environment adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness by sanitizing tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment throughout the service period. Monitoring and replenishing food items and beverages as needed ensures that guests always have access to fresh and appealing choices. At the end of the service, the Breakfast Attendant is responsible for breaking down and thoroughly cleaning the breakfast area.
This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor. It is an excellent entry-level position for individuals looking to enter the hospitality industry or gain experience in guest services and food handling. Concord Hospitality supports its Breakfast Attendants with competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, highlighting the company’s commitment to associate wellbeing and career growth. Through ongoing training and opportunities for advancement, this role can serve as a pathway to broader roles within the company’s expanding portfolio of hotels and hospitality services.
