The role of Breakfast Attendant at Concord Hospitality is a vital position focused on creating a warm, welcoming, and satisfying breakfast experience for guests each morning. This role involves preparing, setting up, and maintaining the breakfast area, ensuring that it is consistently clean, organized, and inviting. The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for serving simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods, while also monitoring food quality and temperature to meet high standards. Friendly and attentive guest service is a key aspect of the position, as attendants greet guests warmly and answer any questions about breakfast offerings.

In addition to direct guest interaction, the Breakfast Attendant must adhere to strict health and safety guidelines related to food preparation and handling, maintaining cleanliness of tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment throughout service. Inventory management is another important part of this role, requiring attendants to assist with stock monitoring and alert management to low supplies. At the conclusion of breakfast service, the attendant ensures the entire breakfast area is properly broken down and cleaned, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the dining service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed
  • Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings
  • Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling
  • Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items
  • Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
