We are currently seeking Concierge Attendants to join our dynamic team across various managed buildings in Boston. This role is integral to the day-to-day operations of our luxury properties, serving as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors. Concierge Attendants play a critical role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy, managing visitor logs, handling incoming mail and packages, and assisting with building directions and inquiries. Working closely with residents, the concierge staff ensures smooth communication and security within the building's lobby area, monitoring traffic and promptly alerting residents about visitors or deliveries.
The position offers a consistent weekday schedule, Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, with additional weekend availability to meet the demands of the property and its residents. Compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role in supporting the overall resident experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, personable demeanor that embodies the professionalism expected in luxury residential services. Basic computer and typing skills are essential to accurately manage communications and logs associated with the concierge duties.
