The Concierge role at Blue Shell Spa is pivotal in shaping guests' first impressions and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable spa experience from arrival to departure. Working primarily in the reception area, the Concierge will greet all guests with warmth and professionalism, promptly answer incoming phone calls, and assist visitors with inquiries related to the spa’s extensive range of services and retail products. The position requires managing bookings efficiently, scheduling spa and salon appointments with precision to optimize client flow and satisfaction. Additionally, the Concierge handles check-in and check-out procedures, catering attentively to guest needs throughout their spa visit. This important role also includes escorting guests to locker rooms or treatment rooms, providing personalized assistance to enhance comfort and ease.

Employment at Blue Shell Spa in this role is on a part-time to full-time basis with scheduled working hours on Thursday from 9am to 5pm, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and Sunday from 9am to 2pm.
