A Concierge Banker is responsible for processing a variety of client transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposit accounts, cash requests, funds transfers, wire transfers, and stop payments. Effective communication and client service skills are essential, as the banker will actively respond to client inquiries, ensuring each customer interaction is handled with the utmost professionalism and care. This role demands a fast-paced work ethic combined with meticulous attention to detail to maintain compliance with all banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, the Concierge Banker plays an integral role in the branch’s operational leadership, assisting in daily operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and vault activities. The position also involves representing the bank positively and fostering customer loyalty through relationship-building and cross-selling relevant banking products and services tailored to client needs. Job Duties

  • Processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

  • Assist with overall facilities management function to include purchasing supplies keeping a professional image of break rooms and conference rooms
