Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior customer service experience required
- Prior Front Desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work varied schedules including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Must be willing to smile
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively deal with guest concerns in a positive manner
- Basic mathematical and calculator skills
- Physical ability to stand, move continuously, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Hearing and visual ability to observe emergency signs
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and patience to defuse anger and resolve conflicts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
- Use a clear, understandable speaking voice and respond to inquiries with accurate information
- Field guest complaints, conduct thorough research, and negotiate resolutions
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making appropriate arrangements
- Follow up on special requests to ensure guest satisfaction
- Contact relevant departments such as Bellperson or Housekeeping to resolve guest issues
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, safety, cleanliness, and guest well-being
