This position also emphasizes excellent interpersonal skills as employees are encouraged to welcome and acknowledge guests warmly, respond promptly to their needs, and maintain professional communication at all times. Team collaboration is vital to achieving common goals and ensuring an extraordinary guest experience.
The physical demands of the job include the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move or lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently or more with assistance.
