This Full-Time Food and Beverage position is located at 1777 Walker St, Houston, Texas, and is a non-management role that offers a competitive pay rate of $19.00 per hour. The role primarily involves welcoming guests, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lounge, replenishing food and beverage offerings, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will be responsible for the final dismantling of the function setup by cleaning the room, storing and organizing equipment, and completing closing tasks such as securing reusable merchandise and locking doors. They will maintain the work areas clean and well-stocked throughout the day and assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service.

Safety and professionalism are paramount in this role. The employee must comply with all company safety policies and procedures, report maintenance issues and potential hazards, and complete required safety training and certifications. Personal appearance and uniform cleanliness are important to uphold the company's professional standards. Additionally, protecting company property and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information are critical responsibilities. The candidate should be able to move objects up to 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier items when necessary, while also being able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods throughout their shift.
