Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior customer service experience preferred
ability to work evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM
reliable transportation to work locations
strong interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods
professionalism in appearance and behavior

Job Duties

helping residents retrieve their packages
updating visitor logs for the building
assisting with resident requests such as reserving a cab or helping their guests
general upkeep of the front desk area
representing the company professionally as the face of Royale inside residential buildings
providing excellent customer service
maintaining organized and neat workspaces
