Job Duties

  • Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and returning equipment to proper locations
  • complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and locking doors
  • set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas
  • transport dirty linen to cleaning area and restock linen shelves
  • maintain cleanliness throughout the day using clean-as-you-go practices
  • assist other departments to ensure optimum guest service
