Job Duties
- Complete the final breakdown of function rooms by cleaning and storing equipment properly
- Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise, locking doors, sorting merchandise
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- Supervise and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of assigned service areas
- Transport soiled linens to laundry area, separate napkins from tablecloths, restock clean linens
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day via consistent cleaning
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service
- Comply with all company safety policies and report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Attend all safety training and certifications
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Maintain privacy of company information and protect its assets
- Support coworkers with dignity and respect
- Provide team support to achieve common goals
- Adhere to quality assurance standards
- Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 50 pounds independently, assist with heavier items
- Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Read and verify information in various formats
- Manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Perform physical activities such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, climbing stairs and ramps
- Greet and recognize guests according to company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Answer phone calls using proper etiquette
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
