Administrative duties include scheduling conference rooms, data entry, filing, managing packages, and maintaining logs essential for daily operations and safety.

The concierge associate also plays a critical role in resident safety and well-being by participating in safety drills, following emergency procedures, conducting daily check-ins with residents, and managing documentation such as maintenance requests and incident reports. There is also a cash handling component, where associates sell postage, balance petty cash, and process payments when the business office is closed. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can balance many tasks simultaneously while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor.
