This role is for a Concierge Associate who plays a crucial frontline role in defining the workplace experience. Reporting to the Client Services Supervisor or Manager, this position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Concierge Associate acts as the first point of contact for all guests, clients, and colleagues, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. This role requires a combination of hospitality, organizational skills, and interpersonal finesse to deliver personalized service, manage visitor registrations, check-ins, meeting coordination, and support day-to-day front-of-office needs. Beyond greeting guests, the Concierge Associate is responsible for maintaining clean and organized reception and common areas, conducting floor walks to ensure preparedness, and assisting with workplace and meeting room requests. A significant part of the role involves enhancing the overall experience by tracking guest preferences and continually looking for ways to improve service quality. This position demands the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment and requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology. Candidates for this role will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in customer-facing, concierge, or hospitality roles. The work environment may require physical activity, including lifting items up to 40-60 pounds with help, standing, walking, bending, and operating office equipment. Job Requirements
