Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or client-facing roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and stay organized
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology
  • physical ability to lift or move items up to 40-60 lbs with assistance
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the day
  • manual dexterity to operate office and reception equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or client-facing roles preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and employees with a professional, friendly, and engaging approach
  • manage visitor registration, check-ins, and meeting coordination
  • serve as the primary point of contact for front-of-office needs
  • deliver personalized service by anticipating needs and accommodating special requests
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common areas
  • conduct regular floor walks to ensure spaces are fully stocked and presentable
  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • support meeting room bookings, workplace requests, and guest services
  • utilize workplace technology to manage requests efficiently
  • track guest preferences and create thoughtful, memorable interactions
  • continuously look for ways to elevate the overall workplace experience
