The Concierge Associate role at SPS functions as the face of the workplace, responsible for creating a first impression that sets the standard for guests, clients, and colleagues alike. Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the Concierge Associate delivers a warm, polished, and personalized experience that shapes the overall perception of the organization. This position emphasizes building meaningful connections and providing seamless service from the moment someone enters the workplace. Duties include greeting visitors professionally and engagingly, managing visitor registration and check-ins, and being the primary contact for front-of-office needs. The role also involves anticipating guest needs, accommodating special requests, maintaining the appearance of reception and common areas, and ensuring those spaces remain fully stocked and presentable through regular floor walks. Additionally, the Concierge Associate collaborates with internal teams to support meeting room bookings and workplace requests efficiently using modern workplace technologies. Continuous enhancement of the guest experience is pivotal, with a focus on tracking preferences and creating memorable interactions. Candidates should bring strong communication and organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace technology is required, along with physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting and staying active throughout the day. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or client-facing roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and stay organized
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology
  • physical ability to lift or move items up to 40-60 lbs with assistance
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the day
  • manual dexterity to operate office and reception equipment
