Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or client-facing roles preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology
- physical ability to lift or move items up to 40-60 lbs with assistance
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the day
- manual dexterity to operate office and reception equipment

Job Duties
- Welcome guests and employees with a professional, friendly, and engaging approach
- manage visitor registration, check-ins, and meeting coordination
- serve as the primary point of contact for front-of-office needs
- deliver personalized service by anticipating needs and accommodating special requests
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common areas
- conduct regular floor walks to ensure spaces are fully stocked and presentable
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- support meeting room bookings, workplace requests, and guest services
- utilize workplace technology to manage requests efficiently
- track guest preferences and create thoughtful, memorable interactions
- continuously look for ways to elevate the overall workplace experience
