The company prides itself on its inclusive culture that champions equity, diversity, and access, ensuring that all employees and applicants are treated fairly and respectfully regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other status protected by law. SPS also promotes continuous professional growth through comprehensive training programs and a competitive benefits package.
The Concierge Associate plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact in the reception area for both colleagues and guests, truly acting as the "face" of SPS's client at their site. This position entails delivering a memorable and welcoming experience that is friendly, engaging, and personalized. Beyond simply greeting visitors, the Concierge Associate is tasked with ensuring every interaction is elevated to a world-class level of service that leaves a lasting positive impression.
Those in this role utilize technology to streamline visitor registration, manage meeting room bookings, accommodate special requests, and generally support the needs of colleagues throughout their day. Building and maintaining strong relationships through personalized service is a hallmark of this position, which requires genuine care, professionalism, and proactive communication. Maintaining a clean and safe reception environment underpins the role’s responsibilities along with adherence to company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of multitasking, and proficient with MS Office and other relevant computer systems. With responsibilities ranging from managing employee and department directories to coordinating with other internal service teams, the Concierge Associate ensures a seamless "one-team" environment conducive to excellence. In addition, a strong focus on customer care, problem-solving abilities, and maintaining a professional appearance are critical for success in this role.
SPS offers not only a dynamic workplace where employees can develop new skills and grow their careers but also an array of comprehensive benefits. These benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, supplemental insurance options, commuter benefits, life insurance, paid time off, and more, underscoring the company's commitment to employee well-being and satisfaction. Join SPS to be part of an innovative, inclusive, and supportive company dedicated to both client excellence and employee growth.
