Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts including days nights weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • problem-solving skills
  • proficiency with basic computer applications
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage as needed

  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
  • knowledge of the local Centennial area and surrounding attractions is highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Answer calls take messages and connect people
  • greet visitors sign them in and make them feel welcome
  • help residents guests and vendors find their way around
  • sort and deliver mail accurately
  • perform office tasks such as typing memos and updating directories
  • schedule events book guest apartments and manage calendars
  • maintain records directories and birthday lists
  • provide brochures and information about the community
  • handle emergency calls monitor security and conduct rounds
  • manage maintenance work orders efficiently
  • keep the office stocked and running smoothly
  • bring positive energy when assisting residents visitors and teammates
  • assist wherever needed to meet daily challenges
