- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexibility to work day night weekend and holiday shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

- Knowledge of the local Centennial area and surrounding attractions is highly desirable

Job Duties
- Answer calls take messages and connect people
- Greet visitors sign them in and make them feel welcome
- Help residents guests and vendors navigate the community
- Sort and deliver mail accurately
- Perform office tasks including typing memos and updating directories
- Manage reservations for events and guest apartments
- Monitor security handle emergency calls and support maintenance requests
