Job Description

Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is a distinguished provider of senior living and care communities dedicated to creating warm, welcoming, and vibrant environments where residents feel a true sense of belonging. Dedicated to excellence in hospitality and compassionate care, the company operates a variety of communities focused on enriching the lives of seniors through personalized service, social engagement, and thoughtful amenities. Known for fostering a culture of respect, warmth, and support, Christian Living Communities offers opportunities for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in community-centered settings. With a commitment to integrity and excellence, they provide a progressive and supportive workplace that values diversity, collaboration, and personal growth.

Joining Christian Living Communities as a Concierge Extraordinaire in Centennial, Colorado means becoming an integral part of a dynamic hospitality team responsible for creating memorable first impressions and exceeding guest expectations. This position offers a flexible, PRN (as-needed) schedule where no two days are alike, with shifts available during the day and at night. The Concierge acts as the welcoming face of the community, offering exceptional customer service, managing communications, and supporting residents, guests, and vendors with a positive and accommodating attitude.

In this role, the Concierge will master communication by answering calls, taking messages, and connecting people promptly and professionally. They will greet visitors warmly, sign them in, and help them feel at home while offering clear directions within the community. Sorting and delivering mail accurately, managing calendars, booking guest apartments, and organizing community events are key elements of the position. The Concierge will also handle administrative tasks such as typing memos, updating directories, maintaining records, and assisting with office operations to keep everything efficient and orderly.

Beyond routine duties, the Concierge serves as a resource providing brochures and community information to residents and visitors alike. They ensure safety by monitoring security systems and responding to emergency calls while managing maintenance work orders promptly. The role demands a cheerful disposition and a helpful spirit to support team members and residents, bringing positive energy to every interaction.

The ideal candidate is adaptable and reliable, able to handle a fast-paced environment, willing to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly valued, as are strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency with basic computer applications and property management systems. Multilingual skills and knowledge of the local Centennial area are additional assets. A professional appearance and the physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally assist with luggage are also important.

Compensation for this role ranges from $19 to $20.95 per hour, reflecting the valuable contribution made by the Concierge in maintaining the community’s welcoming atmosphere and smooth operations. Christian Living Communities offers a range of benefits including health coverage, health savings accounts, retirement plans with company match, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, and a paid time off plan, depending on employment status. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply promptly as the role remains open for applications until May 21, 2025.

This position is not only an opportunity to join a respected senior living organization but also a chance to be part of a team that values meaningful connections, exceptional service, and a positive community spirit. As part of Christian Living Communities, you will be supported in a culture that celebrates diversity and encourages your professional and personal growth, ensuring you can thrive while making a meaningful impact every day.
