Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local Centennial area and surrounding attractions is highly desirable
- Multilingual abilities are a valuable asset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally assist with luggage

Job Duties
- Answer calls, take messages, and connect people
- Greet visitors, sign them in, and make them feel at home
- Help residents, guests, and vendors find their way around
- Sort and deliver mail accurately
- Type memos, update directories, and maintain records
- Schedule events and book guest apartments
- Handle emergency calls and monitor security
- Manage maintenance work orders
- Keep the office stocked and running
- Provide brochures and information about the community
- Maintain positive energy and assist team members as needed
