Together, CLC and CLS strive to foster a culture of citizenship for everyone involved, including residents, employees, and community members. They open their doors to people of all beliefs, backgrounds, and faiths, valuing diversity as a source of fresh ideas, innovation, and improved practices. This diverse and inclusive approach helps create unity and a welcoming environment within their communities. The role of Concierge at Christian Living Communities and Cappella Living Solutions is pivotal in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. As the first and central point of contact, the Concierge serves a vital function in addressing service-related issues and assisting residents with a wide range of needs. This includes helping residents make reservations for dining, travel, entertainment, in-home services, and other community activities. The Concierge also provides personalized service, manages the community’s in-house mail center, answers phone calls, and acts as a general referral source.
This position requires a self-motivated individual with a strong focus on hospitality. The Concierge is responsible for screening incoming calls, greeting visitors, ensuring the community environment is welcoming, and assisting with clerical duties such as managing letters, forms, schedules, and maintaining resident directories. Additionally, the Concierge plays a role in emergency response by monitoring alarm systems and assisting during resident emergencies in the absence of the Resident Services Director. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Offering PRN Day and Night shifts, this position pays between $19.75 and $22.00 per hour. It also includes a comprehensive benefits package that caters to part-time, full-time, and PRN employees. Christian Living Communities and Cappella Living Solutions provide health coverage options, health savings accounts, retirement plans with employer match, and insurance benefits that include dental, vision, disability, and life coverage. Employees also can take advantage of a paid time off plan to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This thoughtful employee support underpins the organizations' commitment to creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive workplace and living environment for all members of the community. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality service to older adults and value being part of an inclusive and innovative team, this Concierge role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the lives of seniors and the community at large.
