Christian Living Communities offers a wide range of services and programs aimed at enhancing the well-being and quality of life for seniors, emphasizing personalized support and attention to individual needs.
This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Concierge at one of their residential communities located in Commerce City, CO. The Concierge serves as the first and central point of contact for service-related inquiries and provides outstanding hospitality to residents and visitors alike. This part-time, as-needed (PRN) role involves day and night shifts, offering a competitive wage range of $19.75 to $22.00 per hour. In this role, the Concierge will be responsible for answering resident questions, assisting with reservations for dining, travel, events, and entertainment, managing in-house mail services, and acting as a general referral source. The goal is to develop and deliver personalized services that cater to individual resident needs, ensuring a positive experience for all community members.
The Concierge will perform a variety of administrative and customer service duties, such as screening incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing event and guest apartment reservations, sorting and distributing mail, and providing clerical support including typing correspondence and maintaining resident directories. This role demands excellent communication skills, organizational capabilities, and a strong hospitality focus. The Concierge must be proactive, energetic, and able to multitask effectively, often handling multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
Additionally, the Concierge supports community safety by responding to emergency call systems and building alarms, conducting security rounds, and assisting in emergency situations during the absence of the Resident Services Director. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the community's front desk and the overall satisfaction and safety of residents and guests. The organization values candidates who demonstrate enthusiastic engagement, strong telephone skills, and the ability to foster positive relationships with diverse stakeholders involved in the community setting.
Christian Living Communities offers comprehensive benefits including health coverage, health savings accounts, retirement plans with matching contributions, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as a paid time off plan.
