Century Park Associates is a reputable senior living community management company committed to delivering exceptional care and services to seniors residing in independent living settings. Renowned for fostering an environment that values trust, leadership, and personal ethics, Century Park Associates prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of both residents and employees. With a steadfast "people come first" philosophy, the company emphasizes creating a warm, respectful, and supportive atmosphere where seniors can continue to grow, learn, and engage within a community that feels like home. Century Park Associates operates with high standards of excellence, placing great importance on integrity and professionalism across all levels of the organization.
The Inn at Garden Plaza, an independent senior living community managed by Century Park Associates, is currently seeking a Concierge (Front Desk) Associate to join the team on an "AS NEEDED" basis. This position is uniquely designed for individuals who have flexible schedules, including those who are semi-retired, attending school online, or simply looking for supplemental income. The concierge role is pivotal in ensuring residents, their families, and visitors receive outstanding customer service with a welcoming and helpful disposition. Shifts are available from 7am to 2pm or 2pm to 9pm, seven days per week, with double pay applicable for any holiday shifts worked. The concierge will serve as the first point of contact at the community's front lobby, providing a friendly greeting and professional assistance to all guests.
Working as a Concierge Associate at The Inn at Garden Plaza means becoming part of a dedicated team focused on creating a positive and hospitable environment while maintaining smooth operational flow in a fast-paced workplace. The role requires multitasking abilities and a team-oriented mindset to efficiently address resident requests, administrative tasks, and inquiries. Duties include greeting guests, managing visitor screening, maintaining lobby cleanliness, providing clerical support such as data entry and mail handling, and supporting sales and marketing efforts by coordinating inquiry calls and assisting with electronic health record systems as needed. Experience working with seniors is considered a plus but is not mandatory, while prior administrative or front desk experience is essential.
This position reports directly to the Business Office Manager and expects the concierge to uphold all legal and community standards, demonstrating integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism. Associates are encouraged to be proactive, responsive, and positive in their interactions, contributing to the community’s overall warm and inviting atmosphere. Century Park Associates values employees who go beyond their job descriptions, continuously striving to exceed expectations and foster joy and peace of mind for the seniors they serve.
