The Concierge & Outreach Lead (COL) at Charles Krug Winery plays a vital role in elevating guest experiences and expanding the winery's reach within the luxury market. This role is tailored for a highly polished professional who excels in delivering exceptional concierge services while driving growth in tasting room and luxury experience bookings. The COL leads the Concierge team, ensuring impeccable service standards that reflect the winery's prestigious brand. Beyond managing on-site concierge duties such as welcoming guests and handling reservations, the COL focuses on strategic outreach to build and maintain an extensive network of industry contacts, including luxury hotels, top-tier restaurants, transportation providers, and concierge networks.

This role takes a proactive approach to marketing and promoting the Charles Krug portfolio by curating unique, high-end experiences tailored to VIP clientele. The Concierge & Outreach Lead collaborates closely with the Tasting Room Manager to develop and implement outreach initiatives aimed at increasing bookings and enhancing community partnerships. Acting as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, travel planners, and concierge partners, the COL ensures seamless communication and outstanding follow-through. The ability to upsell curated experiences, respond promptly to inquiries, and nurture ongoing relationships with past guests is essential in fostering repeat visits and referrals. This position demands strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven history of successfully engaging with high-net-worth individuals. Proficiency in reservation management software such as Tock is also required to efficiently handle bookings and guest data. By blending charisma, storytelling talent, and meticulous attention to detail, the Concierge & Outreach Lead significantly contributes to the enhancement of the Charles Krug luxury experience and the sustained growth of its clientele base.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of concierge experience within the luxury or hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on sales and customer service
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to VIP and high-net-worth clients
  • Engaging public speaker and skilled storyteller
  • Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Tock or similar reservation platforms

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee the Concierge team ensuring exceptional service standards
  • Welcome guests and manage reservations
  • Build develop and maintain a comprehensive Rolodex of key industry contacts with top-tier restaurants resorts hotels transportation providers and concierge networks to drive referrals and bookings
  • Collaborate with the Tasting Room Manager to develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives within the community hospitality and restaurant sectors
  • Generate high-quality leads cultivate key partnerships and drive reservations
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for VIP guests travel planners and concierge partners ensuring seamless communication and follow-through
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and proactively upsell curated experiences
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with past guests and partners to encourage repeat visits and referrals
