The Concierge position at Oakmont of Silver Creek is a part-time role with shifts from 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The pay range is competitive, between $19.00 and $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. This role is vital in ensuring an exceptional experience for all residents, guests, and visitors. The Concierge serves as the welcoming face and primary point of contact, greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, and arranging tours of the property. Additionally, the Concierge answers a multi-line telephone system and provides clerical support to the administrative staff, contributing to the smooth operation of the community. The position requires a professional, courteous, and attentive individual who embodies the company’s values and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

The Concierge is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone on the premises, carefully monitoring the Emergency Alert System, and responding promptly to calls. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
- must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- willingness to comply with health and safety protocols related to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases

- able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families

- willingness to comply with health and safety protocols related to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases
Job Duties
- Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service
- answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner
- monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call
- effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
- maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards
- encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
