Job Description

Greystar is a leading, fully integrated global real estate platform that specializes in property management, investment management, development, and construction services within institutional-quality rental housing. Founded in 1993 by Bob Faith and headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, Greystar has grown to become the largest operator of apartments in the United States. The company manages and operates over $300 billion worth of real estate across more than 250 markets worldwide, with offices spread throughout North America, Europe, South America, and the Asia-Pacific region. With nearly $79 billion in assets under management, including over $35 billion in development assets and more than $30 billion in regulatory assets, Greystar stands as a robust and dynamic leader in the residential rental real estate sector.

This particular role centers on organizing, coordinating, and implementing various resident services and programs, acting as a vital information resource for residents regarding local market amenities and resources. The Resident Services Coordinator ensures that prospects and current residents experience a welcoming, comfortable environment by greeting them warmly upon their entrance into the leasing and office areas. This position involves handling front-office communications by answering and routing calls, managing guest suite bookings, scheduling move-in and move-out logistics, and ensuring that clubhouse amenities are ready for daily use. Additionally, the coordinator manages package deliveries by tracking arrivals and timely notifying residents. The role supports the community by assisting in the planning and execution of resident activities and programs, maintaining up-to-date information on local dining, shopping, and entertainment venues, and fostering relationships with concierge vendors.

The position requires physical stamina to fulfill tasks that may involve standing, walking, bending, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently or 50 pounds with assistance, and it can require working in various weather conditions. Flexibility is expected in the work schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to support community needs effectively. The compensation for this role ranges hourly from $18.00 to $21.50, with eligibility for various bonus programs depending on the position type. Greystar also offers a robust benefits package for full-time employees, including competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverages, generous paid time off, onsite housing discounts, paid sabbaticals, a 401(k) plan with company match, parental leave and fertility benefits, and additional supportive programs such as employee assistance and charitable giving. This role represents an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious global leader in real estate that values service excellence and community involvement.
