PruittHealth is a leading assisted living community dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for seniors and residents in need of supportive living arrangements. With a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for each individual, PruittHealth fosters an environment where residents feel safe, valued, and respected. The organization emphasizes a family-centered approach encapsulated in their motto, "Family Makes Us Stronger. Our family, your family, one family." At PruittHealth, employees work collectively to create a nurturing, welcoming, and responsive atmosphere focused on personalized care and community engagement. The company places great importance on a respectful workplace and equal opportunity employment, ensuring all staff members are valued regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status. Operating in multiple locations, including Florida with awareness of state-specific compliance such as the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, PruittHealth is devoted to maintaining the highest standards in elder care and administrative excellence.
The Concierge role at PruittHealth is pivotal in representing the front line of the assisted living community. Acting as the first point of contact, the Concierge warmly greets residents, their families, guests, and vendors, ensuring that every interaction reflects the welcoming atmosphere the community strives to offer. The position demands excellent customer service skills, administrative proficiency, and a commitment to working collaboratively with various departments including maintenance, housekeeping, and dining services to ensure swift and efficient service delivery. The Concierge manages front desk operations, answers inquiries, monitors visitor access to maintain security, and assists residents with daily requests such as transportation and appointment scheduling. They maintain detailed records of visitor sign-ins, package deliveries, and service requests, supporting an organized and secure environment. In times of emergency, the Concierge responds calmly and efficiently in line with facility protocols.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability to address the diverse needs of an assisted living population. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience within senior living or healthcare industries, underscoring the importance of communication and interpersonal skills to this position. The Concierge contributes to community programming and special events, reinforcing the community's mission to create a supportive and engaging living environment. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven organization dedicated to making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
