Job Qualifications
- less than high school education or up to one-year related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- previous experience as receptionist preferred but not required
- intermediate computer skills with Microsoft software including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong organization and time-management skills
- ability to learn new applications

Job Duties
- answering and transferring all calls in a courteous and professional manner
- providing information, direction, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors
