Job Qualifications

  • less than high school education or up to one-year related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • previous experience as receptionist preferred but not required
  • intermediate computer skills with Microsoft software including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong organization and time-management skills
  • ability to learn new applications

Job Duties

  • answering and transferring all calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • providing information, direction, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors
