We are currently seeking a Concierge to join our team at the community located in [Community Name & Location]. This position is available as either a full-time or part-time opportunity, making it flexible to suit various career paths and individual schedules. The Concierge serves as the welcoming face of Inspired Living, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, families, employees, and callers. The role demands exemplary customer service skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and grace.
In this role, the Concierge is responsible for managing the lobby experience, providing a clean, inviting, and well-organized environment that reflects the care and quality of Inspired Living. This includes greeting visitors and answering telephone inquiries, assisting prospective and current residents with questions or concerns, and supporting the sales and marketing teams by managing inquiry processes and facilitating tours when necessary. Additionally, the Concierge supports the business office by assisting with documentation and resident files while upholding confidentiality standards.
Beyond interaction and service duties, the Concierge plays a vital role in promoting community engagement by encouraging resident participation in activities and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish fluency, are highly valued to enhance communication and service delivery within our diverse community.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- six months of experience in a receptionist role or similar function
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone
- experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred

Job Duties
- Proactively assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions or problems resulting in a positive experience
- greet all visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and respectful manner
- monitor entry area for visitors and guests, greet and direct as necessary, answer incoming telephone calls and resident calls, forward and take messages, receive and send packages for residents, assist with residents who request assistance with mailing letters and packages, manage the lobby, monitor and ensure desk and lobby are clean and neat, create a comfortable, inviting area, assist the activity director and/or others as necessary in promoting activities with residents in the lobby
- manage the inquiry process, connecting the caller or visiting customer to the appropriate inquiry team member
- respond to inquiries and/or tours when community relations director, executive director and resident care directors are not available
- facilitate experiences/tours of community as needed
- knowledgeable and assist in supporting the marketing standards of the community
- assist with duties related to the Lead Management Program
- assist with assembling marketing packets as needed
- assist in processing new resident documentation
- assist in maintenance of resident files and documentation while maintaining confidentiality
- promote and encourage residents to participate in activities
- follow and communicate company policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
