Job Duties
- Build genuine relationships with clients by understanding their needs and guiding them to appropriate departments and product universes
- Be the first point of contact for clients within the store and set a welcoming tone for their experience

- Partner with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the entire store team to deliver a seamless client experience
- Maintain the daily calendar of client appointments and manage ongoing in-store events
