Job Duties

  • Build a genuine relationship with the client by determining the client’s needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and universes
  • be the client’s first point of contact within the store and set the tone for the client’s experience while they are with us
  • ensure every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise to build a genuine relationship and cherish the client’s time spent at the Maison
  • partner with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to build a seamless client experience
  • maintain daily calendar of client appointments and on-going events in-store
  • achieve individual and team goals
  • secure back-of-house efficiency and support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the client experience in store
