Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in a customer service or hospitality environment
ability to work in a fast-paced setting
excellent verbal communication skills
strong interpersonal skills
availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
ability to follow company standards and protocols

Welcome and support guests with an upbeat attitude

collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
