Job Description

Our establishment is a welcoming and community-focused organization dedicated to providing exceptional service and care to our residents. We operate in a supportive environment where associates are valued and empowered to make a difference every day. With a commitment to work-life balance, health, and personal development, we strive to foster a positive workplace culture that encourages growth and well-being for both our staff and those we serve. Our team-oriented approach and comprehensive care models set us apart as a trusted name in the community services sector, offering a stable and rewarding work environment. This position is part-time, with scheduled hours specifically on Sundays and Mondays from 6 AM to 2 PM, making it suitable for candidates seeking flexible work arrangements.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Concierge to join our team and become the friendly, professional face at the front desk. As a Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication and assisting residents with their various needs. This role requires a warm and approachable personality combined with excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for greeting guests with a professional and inviting demeanor, setting a positive tone that enhances the community experience. The Concierge will manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls efficiently, all while maintaining a welcoming presence.

In addition to front desk duties, the position involves maintaining a daily log for residents and emergency information to ensure safety and readiness in any urgent situation. You will be tasked with answering emergency responder and fire alarm systems and taking prompt and appropriate emergency actions when necessary. Scheduling residents’ appointments and activities will also be part of your responsibilities, helping to keep their daily lives organized and stress-free. Effective communication is essential as you will distribute written communications and support administrative tasks such as making copies and providing information for billing. The role demands a high level of care and attention to detail as you support residents and contribute to a seamless community environment.

We offer a variety of benefits to support our associates in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and planning for the future. From comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to personal health advocacy and employee assistance programs, our benefits package is designed to support your physical and mental well-being. We provide paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401k retirement plan to ensure stability and security. There are also optional insurance plans available including accident, critical illness, life, and disability coverage. For associates with loved ones, domestic partner coverage and pet insurance are offered. We value fun and community, hosting regular appreciation events that include games, food, and prizes. Finally, we invest in the career development of our employees by providing monthly educational and continuing education unit (CEU) opportunities to enhance your skills and help you grow within our organization.
