Job Description

RPM Living is a premier property management company committed to delivering extraordinary living experiences to residents through a people-first approach. Their philosophy centers on fostering community, promoting upward mobility for associates, and providing comprehensive benefits and competitive pay to ensure the success and satisfaction of both their employees and the residents they serve. As a leader in the multifamily industry, RPM Living emphasizes career growth opportunities through career training and education programs, supporting their team members' advancement alongside their dedication to serving vibrant and diverse communities.

The Concierge role at RPM Living is pivotal in creating an excellent customer service atmosphere for residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors alike. This position acts as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for the property, fostering a strong sense of community by organizing, coordinating, and implementing resident services and programs tailored to enhance the living experience. The Concierge’s responsibilities extend beyond routine tasks; this role is integral in marketing the property, maintaining positive resident relationships, and ensuring a sociable, enjoyable environment at community events. Furthermore, the Concierge manages communications effectively, proactively addressing resident inquiries and concerns while maintaining accurate records and social media presence to engage and connect with the community.

This role requires a blend of communication, organizational, and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Yardi software, which is a plus. The Concierge is expected to maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends to accommodate the dynamic needs of the apartment community. Physical requirements include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, operate office equipment, and manage light lifting tasks.

Working at RPM Living offers a robust benefits package designed to support employee well-being and professional growth. Benefits include weekly pay, comprehensive healthcare options for full-time associates, employer-paid mental health and wellness programs, and ancillary insurance products. In addition to financial and health benefits, RPM Living fosters a diverse, inclusive workplace with multiple Employee Resource Groups and emphasizes work-life balance through paid time off, floating holidays, and volunteer days. Employees also enjoy discounted perks like memberships, entertainment, and travel deals that enhance their lifestyle.

RPM Living takes pride in its commitment to equitable employment practices and encourages applicants who may require accommodations during the hiring process to request assistance. Employment is subject to a successful background check and participation in E-Verify, aligning with federal and local regulations. While a valid driver’s license is preferred, accommodations can be made for candidates without one.

The Concierge position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $22, supplemented by bonus opportunities and a generous benefit plan, making it a compelling opportunity for individuals passionate about community engagement and property management.
